Situated on the south side of Edinburgh, only a 10 minute walk from the Royal Mile, our 7 superior apartments have large and spacious rooms with high ceilings. Re-furnished with modern conveniences including washing machines, DVDs and Broadband internet access, all the apartments are near to each other and we can accommodate up to 44 persons depending on availability. They have been awarded 4 Stars by the Scottish Tourist Board. Prices from: £90 per night (Minimum 2 night stay at weekends)
We have 4 two-bedroomed apartments, each sleeping 4 - 6 persons, 2 three-bedroomed apartments, each sleeping 6 - 8 persons, and a one bedroomed apartment, sleeping 2 - 4 persons. Each apartment contains a double sofa bed. All of our self catering apartments have a spacious lounge for relaxing in, equipped with DVD Player, Plasma Screens, Sky TV and internet access.

The apartments have well equipped kitchens with oven, hob, microwave and refrigerator, making them ideal for families with children. They are furnished with cooking utensils and tableware, kettle and toaster. Southside Apartments also have ironing facilities, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Baby cots available on request We can also organise a fruit basket, flowers, champagne or chocolates for that special occasion on arrival.
Groups welcome. Car parking nearby on a first come basis. Corporate services available, including meetings hire, apartment servicing, breakfast packs and airport/ railway transfers.

Situated next to a very frequent bus route which provides easy access to the rest of the city, our apartments are located lose to Holyrood Park, Salisbury Crags, Arthur's Seat, Meadows and the Royal Commonwealth Pool. Within walking distance of the Edinburgh University campus,
there are numerous shops and restaurants nearby, including a grocery store, supermarket and pharmacy.
