Situated on the south side of Edinburgh , only a 10 minute walk from the Royal Mile, our superior apartments have large and spacious rooms with high ceilings. Renovated in 2007 with modern conveniences including washing machines, wall mounted flat screen TVs and free WI-FI, the apartments are split between 2 buildings next to each other and we can accommodate up to 44 persons depending on availability. Prices from: £60 per night (Minimum 2 night stay at weekends)
We have two-bedroom apartments, each sleeping 4 persons, three bedroom apartments, each sleeping 6 persons, and a one bedroomed apartment, sleeping 2 persons. Beds can be twins or double and each apartment contains a sofa bed in the lounge for an extra person. Our self catering apartments have a spacious lounges for relaxing in, equipped with DVD Player (on request), flat screen TVs with Free view.

The apartments have well equipped kitchens with oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine making them ideal for families with children. They are furnished with cooking utensils and tableware, kettle and toaster. The apartments have one bathroom and some apartments also have en-suite bathrooms and an outdoor patio area.
There is free Wi-fi. High chairs and travel cots are available on request.
Situated next to a very frequent bus route which provides easy access to the rest of the city, our apartments are located close to Holyrood Park, Salisbury Crags, Arthur's Seat, Meadows and the Royal Commonwealth Pool. Within walking distance of the Edinburgh University campus,
there are numerous shops and restaurants nearby, including a grocery store, supermarket and pharmacy.
