Located on the South Side of the city in a quiet side street, our converted 19th century Victorian Villa was originally built in the 1870`s for the directors of the Railway. It offers the charm of 19th Century Edinburgh with all of today`s modern comforts. Prices from: £29 per person per night (full breakfast included)
Our rooms are well appointed with windows in the Victorian style. The rooms are bright, comfortable and centrally heated with television, hair dryer and refreshment tray. We have double, twin, triple or family rooms. All are en-suite, most with a bath and a shower. They are arranged over three floors and are reached by way of an attractive stair case.There is a large family room which is also ideal for three adults.

For a great start to the day enjoy our freshly cooked Scottish breakfast, from the grill, with fried or scrambled eggs. You may prefer French Toast with Maple Syrup or some fruit yoghurt, cereal and toast.
Sonas Guest House is close to Arthurs Seat, the Royal Commonwealth Pool and the University of Edinburgh . Just a two minute walk takes you to the bus stop on the main road, where several buses are available to speed you to your selected destination, whether it is a cultural attraction like the Castle or for the shopping opportunities on Princes Street. As a bonus, you can leave your car in our private car park.
