We offer bed and breakfast accommodation in two single, two double, two twin and two family rooms. There are en suite rooms available and all rooms have TV with tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer. We offer a choice of Full Scottish, Full English and Continental breakfasts, as well as a wonderful vegetarian haggis.

In close vicinity to the hotel are Holyrood Park with its famous Royal Palace, the Scottish Parliament, the Royal Commonwealth Pool, Prestonfield Golf Club (several other golf clubs nearby) and the University Conference Centre at Pollock Halls. The Royal College of Surgeons is only 10 minutes' walk away and the historic Royal Mile is a 15 minute walk away.
