Situated in Edinburgh's prestigious New Town near the Botanic Gardens,
our modern and well furnished apartments are in a quiet and residential area which is only a 10 minute walk from the busy Broughton Street and 15 minutes from the City Centre. Our apartments can accommodate up to 18 persons depending on availability. Prices from: £50 per night (Minimum 2 night stay at weekends)
We have two bedroom apartments, each sleeping up to 4 people in 2 twin or double rooms and there is also a sofa bed available in the lounge for an additional person. We also have a one bedroom apartment, sleeping up to 2 people in a twin or double room also with a sofa bed in the lounge for an additional person.

All the apartments are non smoking and have flat screen TVs with DVD players, ironing facilities and hairdryer. The kitchens are fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave and refrigerator, washing machine and are furnished with cooking utensils and tableware, kettle and toaster. Each apartment also has one bathroom.
There is free WI-FI and there is a free car parking space per apartment and high chairs and travel cots can be provided on a request basis.
Rodney Street self catering apartments are only a 15 minute walk from the main shopping thoroughfare of Princes Street and are located on a direct bus route, providing convenient access to the rest of the city. There are numerous shops and restaurants close by, including a grocery store, supermarket and pharmacy
