Located just 0.9 miles from Edinburgh City Centre and Waverly train station , this stylish and modern apartment has been freshly decorated to a high standard. Sleeping 4 - 5 persons, this self catering apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the Royal Mile and a further few minutes to Princes Street. A major bus route runs along the main road with buses going to the centre every 2 - 3 minutes. Prices from: £90 per night (minimum stay: 2 nights) Prices can be negotiated for longer stays.
Sleeps 4 - 5 persons with two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds and large fitted mirrored wardrobes. The family bathroom comprises of a 3 piece bathroom suite with a shower fitted over the bath. The living/dinning room is sufficiently large for dining and relaxing. Furnished with large sofas and a glass top dining table which seats up to 6 persons. There is also a flat screen TV with Freeview, a DVD player and hi-fi system.

Fully fitted kitchen with a range of appliances including fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle toaster and coffee machine. Cutlery and dishes are provided. Travel cot, highchair and buggy can be provided on request. Towels, hairdryer and travel iron are all provided.
This property has its own secured parking space. A welcome pack of essentials, such as tea,coffee and sugar are provided on arrival. Additional provisions can be provided at an extra cost. No pets are allowed.
