Situated in Queen Street, our family owned Guest House is within a grand and elegantly restored Georgian town house located just a few minutes walk from the world famous Princes Street and the very heart of Edinburgh. We provide exclusive access to The Queen Street Gardens, where the great Robert Louis Stevenson took walks as a boy and was inspired to write Treasure Island. Prices from: £35 - £78 per person per night (Single occupancy, August/Public holidays and International sporting events demand the higher tariff)
Queens is a magnificent 13 bedroom guest house which mixes exquisite period detail with all the modern conveniences and facilities you would expect from an up market hotel, but at reasonable guest house pricing. All of our rooms are spacious and offer excellent en suite facilities. Book our majestic and spacious Queens View suite. Access to all our rooms is via key card entry and we offer LCD TV in every room along with wireless Internet access.

Located in the Edinburgh's New Town, a UNESCO world heritage site, Queen Street itself is steeped in history and character. For example: Sir James Young Simpson, the discoverer of chloroform, lived here. The Scottish National Portrait Gallery is also located on Queen Street.
