Queensferry Self catering is ideally located on one of the main arteries into the heart of Edinburgh, making this detached house easily accessible from the city bypass, the airport, the Forth Bridge and, of course from the city centre itself. With five spacious bedrooms and flexible bedding, this comfortable holiday home can sleep 10 - 17 persons making it ideal for large groups. Prices available on request
Sleeps 10 - 17 persons in five bedrooms and an additional storage room that can be converted. There are 2 double bedrooms, whilst flexible bedding in the other 3 spacious bedrooms can be adjusted to suit the size of your group. There is also an additional sofa bed. The largest bedroom has an en-suite shower and the other rooms are served by a spacious luxury bathroom. Most rooms have LCD TV, a digital box and DVD player (Guest DVD collection available). Hairdryers, travel cot and ironing facilites are all available on request.

Living room with access to large conservatory/ dining room. Fully fitted kitchen with hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and enough plates, cutlery and cooking utensils for large groups. The large south facing garden is enclosed with decking and a BBQ area.
Private, off-road parking available. In warmer weather guests can enjoy their breakfast al-fresco on the large decked area surrounding the conservatory.
