Luxurious STB 5 STARS self-catering Penthouse which is situated in a highly desirable central location, only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Princes Street.  It comfortably sleeps 2 to 8 individuals and is ideal short-term accommodation.  The apartment has private parking and, unlike most modern flats, is extremely spacious.  The modern designer furniture used throughout compliments the light and airy style of the apartment, ensuring a stunning overall affect.

The spacious lounge/dining room (6m by 4.4m) has two of the walls predominantly made of glass. Furnishings include a Danish designer dining table (seats 10), with 8 hi-backed leather and brushed steel dining chairs.  They also include an Italian double sofa bed, a 3 seater sofa and a footstool all made in aniline leather.  

Also included are a free broadband internet connection, Cable TV, VCR, DVD with a library of over 130 movies, hi-fi, coffee table and appropriate lighting. A mobile/cellular phone is also provided for guests' use.

Bedrooms

Large double bedroom (4.3m by 4.1m) - Swiss designer double bed and matching furniture, The en suite has a double walk-in shower.  The en-suite has Amtico inlaid wooden floor; DVD/TV

Large twin bedded room (4.2m by 3.4m) – two single beds with cream leather headboards, which have a zip-and-link option to transform them into a super-king bed

Second twin bedded room (3.7m by 2.8m) – with luxurious cherry-oak furniture and 2 divan beds. They can be joined together to form a super-king bed

Kitchen

One of the unique features of the kitchen is the glass wall, leading onto the balcony, which, in turn, has rooftop views of Edinburgh.  The glass wall creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere when eating in the kitchen.

The kitchen has built-in Bosch stainless steel appliances including double electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.  A microwave is also included, as are various other small electric appliances.

All the Le Creuset pots and pans, crystal glass, china crockery and cutlery necessary to produce a meal for in excess of 8 people, have been included.
