Enter through a large reception hall, double glass doors and into a 40ft sitting room/ 10 seater dining room with comfortable furnishings, large LCD Digital TV and fabulous views of St Giles Cathedral.
Bedroom One is extremely large and airy with Emperor size bed, walk in dressing room and a magnificent en suite bathroom with steps to a stage with an amazing Victorian cast bath.

Bedroom Two has magnificent views over the city and Twin/Zip & Link beds. Bedroom Three has an Emperor size bed which splits into 2 x singles. Bedroom Four has 2 x twin guest bed sets, sleeping up to 4 persons. Bedroom Five is off the lounge with twin beds. All bedrooms have LCD Digital TVs. Bathroom Two is beautifully fitted with bath and shower.
