This magnificent accommodation sleeps 10 - 12 persons with 4 spacious bedrooms, one sitting room and 2 bathrooms. Enter through a large reception hall, double glass doors and into a 40ft sitting room/ 10 seater dining room with comfortable furnishings, large LCD Digital TV and fabulous views of St Giles Cathedral. Sitting Room Two has 2 double bed settees, LCD digital TV and a large selection of books, DVD's and games. Both Sitting rooms host Victorian fireplaces with living flame fires.

Bedroom One is extremely large and airy with Emperor size bed, walk in dressing room and a magnificent en suite bathroom with steps to a stage with an amazing Victorian cast bath with spa shower. Bedroom Two has magnificent views over the city and a king size bed. Bedroom Three has an Emperor size bed which splits into 2 x singles. Bedroom Four
has 2 x twin guest bed sets, sleeping up to 4 persons. All bedrooms have LCD Digital TVs. Bathroom Two is beautifully fited with bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully loaded with all modern appliances and links to the dining area and the hall. All service costs are included in price. Linen and towels Included. Complimentary refreshments tray for guests on arrival.
