This luxurious 3 Star bed and breakfast in Edinburgh is centrally located and within walking distance of Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat with imposing views of the vibrant city. Our charming Victorian B&B offers home comforts in quiet surroundings, with off-road parking and excellent bus connections only 2 miles from Princes Street. We have a family/double room, with kingsize bed, single bed and en suite facilities, a twin/triple room with separate bathroom and our Buddha Studio which sleeps 1 - 2 persons and also has a separate bathroom.
All rooms have electric shaver point, hair dryer, radio alarm, TV/ Freeview, with tea and coffee available.
