The Osbourne Hotel is right in the centre of historic Edinburgh, providing good Hotel rooms at excellent B&B rates, providing a value for our guests that is second to none. We are located 5 minutes from the main coach station, 10 minutes from the main line train station, Edinburgh Waverley and a short taxi ride from Edinburgh International Airport. We have 49 bedrooms, single, twins, doubles four poster and family rooms, with all rooms en suite. Each room has TV, tea/ coffee making facilities, telephones and central heating. There is also a lift. Our friendly staff with their depth of local knowledge looks forward to welcoming you.

We have a fantastic location that could hardly be closer to all the major attractions and sites. Within a 10 minute walk you can have a nice cold beer in your hand in the many pubs and cafe bars nearby. You can also visit Edinburgh Castle, the National Portrait Gallery or shop at stores in Princes Street like Harvey Nicholls, Whistles, French Connection and Penhaligons to name but a few. We are also close to the Tourist information centre with access to the Edinburgh Tour Bus, bus stops and the historic Old Town.
