This luxury bed and breakfast is a complete 1823 Georgian House centrally located in the heart of the Edinburgh's New Town, now classified as a World Heritage Site. Princes Street is a five minute walk away and many bars, restaurants, speciality shops and galleries are on the doorstep. Designed by the most celebrated of Edinburgh's classical architects, William Playfair, the house combines rich historical detailing with the comforts of modern living. Guests are welcome in the magnificent drawing room, bar and library which features a classic Brunswick pool table and Bonzini Babyfoot table football. The bedrooms feature Frette linen and each has en suite facilities.
