This delightful two bedroom apartment is centrally located in the Old Town, just a few yards from the Royal Mile on Jeffrey Street. Situated on the top floor of a listed building, the apartment is within easy walking distance of the major tourist attractions, festival venues and shops which this wonderful city has to offer. Sleeps up to 4 persons, with one double bedroom with kingsize bed and one twin bedroom. The apartment has been redecorated to a high standard and has some beautiful artwork and photographs of the city adorning the walls. The property benefits from wonderful panoramic views across to the New Town and Calton Hill. These views can also be enjoyed from the communal roof terrace.

The stylish living room has a flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player. Wi-fi broadband is also available. The large kitchen has a dining area with views towards North Berwick. The kitchen itself is equipped with washing machine, fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
Reasonable use of gas and electricity is included. Linen and towels are provided. A cot and highchair are available on request. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and no animals are allowed except guide and hearing dogs.
The Old Town Apartment is a fantastic base from which to explore the cosmopolitan city of Edinburgh. The apartment's proximity to Waverley station also makes it ideal for those wishing to explore further afield. There are fantastic restaurants just opposite the apartment including Barioja, serving wonderful tapas, and La Garrigue, an award winning French bistro.
