Located in the picturesque area of Duddingston, this charming Georgian cottage has been extensively refurbished and extended to provide a blend of character and modernity. Set within its own grounds, the back garden is completely secluded and enclosed. The property has lovely views of Arthur's Seat and there is unrestricted on street parking. Prices from: £180 - £430 per night/ £1030 - £2200 per week

Sleeps 8 - 10 persons. One side of the entrance halls consists of 2 adjoining rooms. The first room has a day bed which converts to a double bed. This leads into the main downstairs double bedroom which has a patio door opening onto the back garden. There is a bathroom on the ground floor which has a power shower and full size bath. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. The third, smaller, upstairs bedroom has bunk beds.

Downstairs, the other side of the entrance hall leads to the dining room and from there you can access the modern lounge and kitchen. The lounge boasts floor to ceiling glass covering most of 2 walls and the glass panels open to the garden. The lounge is also equipped with TV, DVD player, radio and CD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine.

We reserve the right to vet any group booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups. There is a non-smoking policy within the house however smokers can use the rear garden. Pets not allowed. Bath towels, bedding and linen provided. Cot/ travel cot and high chair available. Wireless internet.

The picturesque surroundings of Duddingston include delightful views across Duddingston Loch and on the opposite side, the southern flank of Arthur's Seat. The local village pub, The Sheep Heid Inn, is Scotland's oldest surviving public house. There are a good range of golf courses nearby including Prestonfield and Duddingston. The Cameron Toll shopping centre is just a short drive away. Located 10 minutes from a range of city buses, it takes just 20 minutes into the city centre.
