North Lane's accommodation consist of 3 gorgeous apartments spread over 3 floors. They share a private entrance and stairwell which makes them ideal for large groups looking for self catering accommodation, but individually they are identical and fully equipped to accommodate small groups as well. The apartments are excellently located just off Rose Street which means you'll have Edinburgh's top restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, theatres and tourist sites on your doorstep. All 3 apartments have been decorated to a high standard and each comfortably sleeps up to 6 persons in 2 double bedrooms and a lounge with a double sleeper couch. The contemporary décor and large full length windows help give the apartments a spacious and fresh feel and they each boast splendidly unique views of Scotland 's most visited attraction – the Castle.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms (double bed in each), hall, bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen/ spacious open plan living room with double sleeper couch. They are well equipped with most modern day essentials, including washer/ dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hob/ oven, bath/ shower, plasma TV/ DVD player and ironing facilities.
The apartments are centrally heated with linen and towels provided. Close to Rugby grounds. Excellent Festival location. We can accommodate up to 18 persons over our three apartments
