Located in the very epicentre of Edinburgh beneath the spectacular castle, our 2 studio apartments are
on the Mound just two minutes on foot from the historic Royal Mile in one direction and from Princes Street in the other. This category A-listed 18th century building is on the Mound in Edinburgh's Old Town. Each apartment has stunning views towards the New Town and the Firth of Forth, with panoramic vistas over Princes Street (the main street of Edinburgh) and historic buildings such as the Scott Monument. Each apartment can accommodate 2 - 4 persons (or up to 8 persons if both adjoining apartments are taken). These boutique studio apartments have sleeping areas, each with a comfortable king-size double bed which can also be split into two single beds if necessary. Clean duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Each apartment has a separate bathroom with power shower, wash hand basin and WC, along with large mirrors and heated towel rails.

The lounge areas have two comfortable chairs which convert to single beds (so that each apartment can sleep 4 persons). There is also a wall-mounted flat screen TV, DVD player and a dining room table that seats 4 and can also be used as a desk. The kitchen in each apartment is well equipped with an electric cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, sink, kettle and all the necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
Free Wi-fi broadband internet access (password secure) is available 24 hours a day. Service lift to the 8th floor. The cost of electricty included. The private laundry within the apartment building is free of charge for our guests. Ironing facilities and a hairdryer are available for your use.

The apartments are ideally placed for walking around Edinburgh City Centre's excellent variety of theatres, restaurants and bars. Edinburgh Castle, the galleries, museums, Princes Street Gardens and the extensive range of shops are all easily accessible. Should you need to take public transport, it is all on your doorstep. Waverley train station, tour buses and adjacent secure parking are all within a few minutes walk.
