Situated only a 5 minute walk from the main thoroughfare of Princes Street, our apartment is in the very heart of Edinburgh. Located on the 2nd floor of a traditional Victorian tenement building, Montgomery Apartment features the beautiful cornicing, architraving and high ceilings typical of a property of this style. The property was very recently refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom and sanded wood floors throughout. Prices from: £80 per night
The apartment sleeps 6 - 8 persons. There are 2 master bedrooms, each sleeping 2 adults in adjustable 'Zip and Link' beds that can be made as either single beds or superking doubles. A third bedroom provides a adult sized bunk bed, sleeping 2 in comfort. The comfortable living room benefits from a double sofa-bed and the property is equipped with wireless internet, DVD player, CD Player, TV and radio.

The kitchen features all required appliances and includes an integrated ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Bath towels, bedding and linen are provided, with a hair dryer and ironing facilities available. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
The apartment is non smoking with internet access and a shared garden. There is on-street parking available (metered at around 60 pence per hour and free on weekends) and you will find free parking around 400m away from the property.

You will find easy access to a major bus route (within 100 metres) or you can walk to all the central Edinburgh locations. The apartment is ideal for St Mary's RC Cathedral (0.5 km) and is less than a kilometre from the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, John Knox House and the Palace of Holyrood House.
