We have a variety of rooms and can accommodate anything from single travellers to groups of up to twenty persons. Our selection of large family rooms makes us the ideal choice for a family group. All our rooms are on the ground or first floor allowing easy access. All our rooms are en-suite, with the exception of one double room which has external private facilities – all these facilities have been recently refurbished.

Each room includes tea/coffee facilities, television and towels. There is free Wi-fi access available in the communal part of the building and in most of the bedrooms. In addition to facilities inside the rooms we have secure private parking to the rear of the property available on a first come first served basis.
We offer an extensive continental breakfast each morning. It is completely suitable for vegetarians and provides a refreshing and healthy start to your day.
Minto House opened in the summer of 2004. Most of our rooms face the back of the property, from some of which the peak of Edinburgh's extinct volcano can be seen- in addition to quiet views of the prestigious Blacket Conservation area and our own private garden.
