Conveniently situated for Edinburgh City Centre, our guest house is only a 20 minute walk to the major attractions, such as Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and Princes Street shops and gardens. There are also frequent bus services nearby. Providing free private car parking for guests, our traditional Victorian end terraced house is a friendly, family run establishment. Retaining many of its original features, our guest house offers the following pleasantly decorated rooms: double rooms - all with private bathrooms, twin rooms, single rooms, family rooms and our luxury suite with superking bed. We also have a Cottage/Annexe with twin bedroom, lounge area with kitchenette unit and two futon beds, shower room with wall mounted basin and wc. Ideal for families, this annexe sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. Each room is equipped with TV, hospitality tray and central heating.
