With the west end of Princes Street only 5 minutes' walk and the Grassmarket/Royal Mile only a 10 minute walk away, this stylish yet traditional apartment is an ideal city centre location. The Meadows, the University, many theatres, shops and bars are nearby. Situated on the 1st floor within a distinctive listed building, this newly-renovated apartment was built in 1897and has bright and spacious rooms. Prices from: £75 per night
The large bedroom provides flexibility for a super king-size bed, or 2 full-size single beds. The cream and crisp linen is new throughout, and is complemented by hand made Mexican furniture. Tiled bathroom with electric shower and bath. The living kitchen is spacious room, well-equipped with a dining table to sit 5 persons, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, washing-machine, dish-washer, toaster and kettle.

The apartment can sleep up to 5 persons with the lounge containing a full sized double sofa and space for another single (fold-down) bed if required. The lounge has a wonderful view of the Castle from its expansive bay window (see picture below). It has lovely traditional features: ornate cornicing, deep skirting boards and a lovely fireplace with gas fire, as well as Flat screen digital TV/DVD, Hi-Fi/CD player and a selection of books, CDs, DVDs.
Welcome Pack of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk provided on your arrival. A cot and high chair are provided if required. Towels, linen, electricity and gas are all included in the price.

This apartment is located in the Tollcross district of Edinburgh at the top of Lothian Road and at the West End of Princes Street. It is near to Edinburgh 's International Conference Centre and financial heart, making it an ideal base for business visitors as well. The area is well served with a varied selection of restaurants and shops as well as festival venues like the Lyceum, Traverse and Kings Theatres, The Usher Hall and The Filmhouse.
All that Edinburgh has to offer is within easy reach, and the area is served by a frequent bus service should you wish to travel further afield. Prices from: £75 per night
