Located in a quiet, cul-de-sac close to the Castle, the Meadows and the Kings Theatre, we provide bed and breakfast accommodation from an elegant period property built in the 1860s. Other landmarks nearby include the historic Grassmarket, the Old Town and it is not much further to walk to Princes Street, Holyrood and many other places of interest. We provide comfortable twin and double rooms with en suite showers or, in one case, a private bath/shower room. Each room has tea/ coffee facilities, TV with freeview, radio/cd player, hairdryer and individually controlled radiators.
A continental breakfast is served to your room at an agreed time and you can choose from cereals, cold meats and cheeses, yoghurts, fresh juices, rolls, preserves and freshly brewed tea or coffee.
