This immaculate, fully furnished flat has 3 double bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen diner, shower room and cloakroom. It is on the first floor of a traditional tenement and is accessed via a secure entry system. Lauriston was completely refurbished and decorated in July 2006. The flat, which is non-smoking, is very bright and sunny but the double glazing and gas central heating mean that it is warm and welcoming whatever time of year you visit Edinburgh. Prices from: £700 per week, £150- £270 per night (minimum stay: 2 nights)
Each double bedroom has lots of storage as well as a desk and chair, broadband internet access point, TV point, and telephone jack plug. All the beds will be made up with duvets (5, 9 or 14 tog depending on the time of year) and high-quality white bedding. Full sets of towels are also provided. For additional convenience, one of the bedrooms has its own wash basin. A travel cot is available.

The sitting room has a large bay window with views to the Meadows, leather sofas and chairs, flat screen TV, CD player and broadband internet access point and telephone. The fully equipped kitchen/diner has an electric hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, microwave and food processor. Prices include
gas, electricity and internet access. Outgoing telephone calls will be charged separately.
There is metered parking in the streets around the flat, but unmetered parking is available ½ km away in parts of Marchmont. Covered parking is available in various car parks in the area around the EICC.

It is very centrally located close to Edinburgh and Napier Universities, Edinburgh College of Art, the EICC, the financial district, and many theatres, cinemas and festival venues. The Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle are within easy walking distance as is Princes Street, the upmarket shopping areas around George Street and St Andrew Square, and Waverley railway station. Edinburgh Airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car or taxi.
A start-up grocery pack including, for example, milk, coffee, tea, organic eggs, butter, fresh bread, farmhouse cheeses, selection of cereals, fresh seasonal fruit, fruit juice and wine can be arranged on request. Prices from: £700 per week, £150- £270 per night (minimum stay: 2 nights)
