Lauderville is an elegant Victorian guest house, situated just a few minutes from the heart of Edinburgh. The Capital of Scotland has many attractions and you will find excellent restaurants and pubs within walking distance of the guest house. Prices from: £30 - £60 per person per night (includes full breakfast).
Superbly decorated, stylish rooms, including our four poster (king double) en-suite.
All rooms are en-suite (some ground floor) and have superior furnishings, bed linen and toiletries. All rooms have central heating, multi channel flat screen TVs with built in DVD players, DAB radio alarm clocks, Ipod docks, hairdryers and coffee/tea trays.

Totally non-smoking guest house with a secluded garden for our guests use. We can also arrange coach tours outside Edinburgh (pick up from Lauderville).
