The Kaimes Guest House is only a 10 minute walk to the city centre and you can be assured of excellent service combined with quality accommodation in the capital of Scotland . The Guest House is situated close to the Kings Theatre, Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street which is the premier shopping street in Scotland . There are excellent restaurants, pubs, clubs, theatres and cinemas with the world famous Usher Hall very close to the Guest House. We offer good value bed and breakfast accommodation with limited car parking facilities. The Kaimes is a beautifully decorated Victorian House which is centrally located and has 12 bedrooms which consist of family rooms, double/twin rooms, triple rooms and single rooms. Most of the rooms have en suite facilities. All rooms have TV, tea/coffee facilities and hair dryer. All rooms are immaculate and freshly decorated. We offer a choice of full cooked Scottish breakfast or Continental breakfast.

We have easy access to the local bus service which runs frequently.
