Located within a converted whisky bond on the edge of Leith Links, this top floor apartment is in the only commercial building amidst the town houses of the merchants of Leith, the port for the city of Edinburgh.
All the ceilings slope which gives the apartment an "attic" feeling, make it easy to heat. The view looks west over Leith Links, an open green space where the game of golf was invented and first played, to the rooftops of north Edinburgh. Prices from: £250 per week
Although the apartment is bijou and only sleeps 2 persons, there is room for entertaining friends if you wish.
The charmingly decorated bedroom has a kingsized bed and a built-in wardrobe. The cosy sitting room has 2 settees, TV with DVD player and Freeview. There is internet access and a landline is provided for incoming calls. French windows open onto a miniature roof terrace with views down the River Forth, and across to Fife.

The modern kitchen has an electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine as well as small appliances and cooking utensils. The kitchen also has a fold-out table and four folding chairs. The beechwood floors throughout the flat are softened by rugs to give a warm and homely atmosphere.
The bathroom is modern and well appointed with a shower over the bath and ceramic tiles on the floor.
Heating, hot water and cooking are all electric, controlled by a pay as you go meter. For your convenience there will be £10 credit on the meter when you arrive. Pure cotton bed linen and towels are also provided
Leith is a vibrant area of Edinburgh with many pubs and restaurants on the waterfront offering fresh seafood cooked in true Scottish style.
Nearby attractions include The Royal Yacht Britannia berthed at Ocean Drive about a mile away. Ocean Terminal Cinema Multiplex is also about one mile away.
Edinburgh city centre is 2 miles away whilst you can
visit the Scottish Malt Whisky Society in The Vaults half a mile from the apartment.
