These two holiday homes in Edinburgh are bright centrally located one-bedroom apartments on the top floor of an architecturally significant building (B-listed) with stunning views. Situated off the historic Royal Mile in the centre of Scotland's beautiful capital city, each apartment sleeps 1 - 4 persons in a bedroom with king-size double bed and a double sofa-bed in the living room.
Free wifi internet access is available in both apartments. Centrally located for all attractions and festivals with Edinburgh Castle only a few minutes' walk away. Prices from: £350 - £840 per week (shorter and longer stays possible)
In each of the two apartments there is a living room with dining area, a kitchen, a fully carpeted and attractively furnished double
bedroom; the bathrooms are partly wood panelled with bathtub and shower over in Flat 14 and with shower-room and walk-in shower in Flat 12. Unique to this building is the shared roof terrace, accessed from the top of the entrance stairway, with spectacular panoramic views over the city, sea and hills. Where better to enjoy a relaxing drink after a hard day's sightseeing?

The apartments are light and airy with views over the city rooftops. In each of the apartments, the spacious living room has attractive views of the Old Town and Calton Hill. There is a comfortable dining area. The three-seater sofa converts in to a double sofa bed, and there is comfortable additional seating . A TV, a wee library of books and wall-to-wall carpeting complete the home comforts. Pictures are of Flat 14; Flat 12 is furnished to the same standard.
The modern kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware, as well as a washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave. Gas, electricity, local taxes and use of linen and towels are included in the price.
Situated on Jeffrey Street off the historic Royal Mile, in the heart of the Old Town in the centre of Scotland's beautiful capital city, the apartments are within easy walking distance of the major tourist attractions, festival venues, shops, University and nightlife. Close to the air, train and bus terminals, providing easy access to other parts of Scotland.
