Hunter Apartment which forms the second floor of a listed Victorian town house, provides spacious and elegant accommodation (80 sq metres) with pleasant views along the tree lined approach to the Dean Bridge and Edinburgh City Centre. The Hunter Apartment is ideally located in a prime residential area close to a variety of local amenities and attractions, including a Waitrose supermarket and the many excellent shops, restaurants and pubs of Stockbridge. Prices from: £70 - £160 per night/ £385 - £840 per week
Sleeps 4 - 5 persons. The accommodation retains many period features and comprises: generous sitting room with dining area and integral kitchen, two bedrooms (one to the front with twin beds, the other to the rear with a super king-size double bed), two bathrooms with bath/shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

A fold-down bed with a good mattress can be provided in the sitting room or in the bedroom to sleep one additional person. Nightly rates: Adult £20, Child/Baby (fold-down bed or cot) £10, Baby (own carrycot) £5.
Free wireless internet access. Private visitor parking is available on request. The accommodation is strictly non smoking and not suitable for Hen or Stag parties. Sorry, no pets.
A short walk down the hill is Stockbridge, one of the City's original 'villages', which has shops offering fresh produce, a delicatessen, post office, library and public swimming pool. The City Centre is reached by a short walk over Thomas Telford's Dean Bridge spanning the Water of Leith, with the historic Dean Village in the valley to the west and the private wooded Dean Gardens to the east - access to which is available to guests. To the north is the world renowned Royal Botanic Garden.
