There are 17 beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms all with modern en-suite facilities. All of our rooms are equipped with TV, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers and broadband internet connection capability. Wheelchair access is available to our ground floor rooms.

Our restaurant specialises in traditional Scottish home cooking with vegetarians catered for. There is a bar/games room open for residents which has a range of beers and malt whiskies as well as a large screen TV and access to our garden. We also have a 25 seat broadband equipped meeting/conference room.

We have private car parking for two cars and there is easy access to the rest of Edinburgh via the nearby City Bypass.
