We have 5 pleasantly decorated bedrooms, 4 of which are en suite: 2 double rooms, one twin/double and one family room (one double and 2 single beds). There is also one single room with a separate private shower room. All rooms are equipped with TV, radio alarm and hairdryer. Towels, toiletires and a hospitality tray are also provided. An excellent Scottish breakfast is offered, which includes vegetarian options.

We are a 7 minute taxi ride, 10 minute bus journey or 30 minute walk away from Edinburgh's famous attractions, making it an ideal location for both leisure or business trips. We are well served by buses which are available in close proximity to the guest house.
