Located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town, this spacious third floor apartment is within walking distance of the Botanic Gardens and Inverleith Park. The nearby bus stop (Buses 23, 27) provides convenient access to the rest of the city, including Princes Street, High Street and Edinburgh Castle. Prices available on request
Sleeps 6 - 8 persons with 3 double bedrooms. Bedroom One is large and has a king sized bed with a small double sofa bed. Bedroom Two has a double bed and en suite shower room with w.c. and basin. Bedroom Three has a double bed and dressing table. All bedrooms have wardrobes and/or a chest of drawers. There is a cloakroom/w.c. off the hallway.

The drawing room has 3 sofas, TV, a large coffee table, a dining table and 6 dining chairs. The family bathroom has a modern cast-iron free standing bath, wash hand basin, toilet and separate shower enclosure.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and ironing facilities.
Edinburgh's New Town was built around 1810 by James Craig and there are many interesting walks around these Georgian streets which are all within easy reach of Henderson Row. The main thoroughfare of Princes Street and the Scottish & National Art Galleries are within walking distance, as are a choice of restaurants.
