Our unique Grassmarket self-catering apartment is located right in the heart of Edinburgh's beautiful and historic Old Town. This apartment has been rated with 4 Stars by the Scottish Tourist Board and sleeps up to 4 persons. Situated in a historic listed building, it is within a conservation area which is part of Edinburgh's World Heritage Site. The famous and bustling Grassmarket is an area steeped in history and full of character. Prices from £85 - £160 per night/ £475 - £1000 per week (minimum stay: 2 nights, one week during August).
This top floor penthouse apartment has breathtaking views from both the bedroom and living room of imposing Edinburgh Castle. Magnificent for watching the firework displays over the castle during the Edinburgh Festival and at New Year. With one bedroom and also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, it is ideal for a romantic city break, an international rugby match, a get-away for a group of friends or family, or for a business trip.

This apartment has recently been refurbished and as well as a stylish double bedroom, has a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools for dining. The kitchen is fully-equipped.The comfortable living room with leather sofa bed, TV, DVDs, CDs, books for guests' use has fantastic views of the castle and Broadband Internet connection. It boasts a luxury wet room with powerful shower including body jets.
We provide a luxury welcome pack for you on arrival. Linen and towels provided. Use of roof garden. Ticketed parking is available on street, or there is a 24 hour secure NCP car park (Castle Terrace) 2 minutes' walk away.

As well as specialist shops, independent boutiques and antique shops, the Grassmarket boasts many excellent restaurants, pubs, cafes and bars and, in summer, tables spill out onto the street for alfresco dining and drinks, with european markets regularly hosted. It is just a 10 minute walk from here through the lovely Princes Street Gardens, or over the cobbled Old Town Streets, to most of Edinburgh's attractions,
including the National & Modern Art Galleries, the Royal Mile and the bars, restaurants and designer shops on George Street.
