A warm welcome awaits you at Glenlivet House which is personally run by the owners Linda & Dave Clunie who will be happy to help arrange and plan your stay. Car hire can be arranged, taxis booked, restaurants recommended, theatre trips planned. Glenlivet House is a charming elegant Victorian house situated in St. Johns Road in the Corstophine area of the city. Corstophine has a pleasant, village like atmosphere with several fine restaurants, shops and other amenities. Prices from: £30 per person per night
Glenlivet House has 5 comfortable rooms all with TV, central heating, hairdryers, tea/coffee making facilities. Our accommodation includes a family room with a king-size bed, 2 single beds and also a bed settee, with en-suite shower room. Another room to the front has both a double and a single bed with a private bathroom. An en suite double room is available that is furnished with a settee to relax on after a hard days sight-seeing.

Glenlivet House is situated very close to Edinburgh Zoo. Murrayfield International Stadium is a 15 minute walk away.
Both Edinburgh Airport and the town centre can be reached in 10 minutes by car, taxi or by the excellent frequent bus service from just outside the house.
A typical breakfast consists of a choice of fresh fruit salad, grape fruit segments, peaches, prunes, a choice of cereals or porridge or yoghurts. A full Scottish breakfast is available with a choice of scrambled, poached or fried eggs. Vegetarians are also catered for. Tea, coffee and rounds of toast are included. Linda's breakfasts are guaranteed to get your day off to a good start.
