Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the oldest Edinburgh district of Newington, our guest house is on a main bus route. Within walking distance to Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace, we provide a quiet yet central location. We a range of rooms available including single, double and twin rooms, with a family room sleeping 3 - 4 persons. Each room is equipped with TV and complimentary tea/coffee with cookies. Our rooms have been designed to offer comfortable accommodation whilst retaining the original Victorian feel to the property. Most rooms enjoy a view of our well maintained gardens.
An early breakfast is available with vegetarians catered for. Pay phone and parking available.
We are 2 miles from the main Edinburgh railway station, Waverley. Edinburgh Airport is 9 miles away, whilst the M8 Motorway Junction One is 6 miles from the guest house. Edinburgh is one of Europe's major destinations with a range of cultural events each year, including the International Festival and the Fringe.
