Centrally located, our elegant stone Victorian terrace house is one and a quarter miles south of Princes Street on the main A7 road. Providing a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of city life, Edinburgh's major tourist attractions are all easily accessible by foot or a short bus journey. We are also ideal for both golf and hill-walking holidays, with easy access to Arthur's Seat and the Pentland Hills as well as local golf courses. Prices from: £30 per person per night
Awarded a Scottish Tourist board 4 star rating, Gifford House Guest House has single, double, twin and family rooms available. Each centrally heated, en suite room is equipped with TV, radio, DVD, wireless internet connection, hairdryers and hospitality trays. Two of our double rooms have superb views over Arthur's Seat and we have a Rennie Mackintosh-themed family room with views of the Pentland Hills. All rooms are non-smoking.
