Situated a mile from Princes Street with fabulous views of the castle and the city skyline, our family run establishment is a great place to stay while exploring Edinburgh. The guest house is easily accessible by
car or public transport and there is 24 hr access once you are checked in. With bus time tables, information leaflets and tourist maps of the city, we are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Prices from: £27.50 per person/night
Our rooms are comfortable and clean with double and twin rooms,
plus one single room,
all with en-suite shower and WC, as well as TV, radio/alarm clock and hospitality tray. Families with children are very welcome and we also have a ground floor en suite room. We have a payphone in the hall and can provide hairdryer and ironing facilities if required. The guest house is non smoking and we generally don't allow pets.

Breakfast is a choice between a full traditional or vegetarian cooked breakfast. Free on street parking available. Free secure parking for motorcycles, as well as cycle and luggage storage by arrangement.
Garfield Guest House is a short walk from the Royal Botanic Gardens, one of the world's finest botanic gardens. You can explore the Water of Leith walkways right down to the historic Port of Leith, where you can stop by the final resting place of the Royal Yacht Britannia. Enjoy the historic 25 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle with various attractions on the way. For leisure facilities, the Ainslie Park Centre is a mile away.
