Fancy something different for your stay in Edinburgh? Try The Four Sisters static Boatel, a custom built, floating luxury boat right in the very heart of Edinburgh City Centre (just off Lothian Road). She is located in the Lochrin Basin and measures a massive 55' x 10.6" for your sole use. This is not your typical house boat, but a luxury Boatel with every mod-con including plasma screens, freeview and DVD players in the cabins and a top of the range kitchen. Prices from £150 - £250 per night (seasonally adjusted)
Sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children comfortably in two beautifully dressed double cabins (bedrooms) with plasma TVs, freeview and DVD players. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area with recessed children's bunk beds located to the stern. Berthed in a Wi-fi hot spot, the boatel's lounge has a 40 inch flat screen TV with freeview, hi-fi and drinks cooler located behind the honesty bar. All rooms are centrally heated.

The well equipped high gloss black galley kitchen is perfect to cater for small gatherings. There is also a barbeque. Free of charge, we supply eco-friendly cleaning products, a hot drinks tray and basic condiments. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 5 guests and a shower room with WHB/WC (normal flush) and a heated towel radiator. Toiletries are supplied, as are towels and two fluffy bath robes.
Small domestic pets are welcome free of charge. Secure parking can be arranged locally in advance for a small charge. On street, metered parking is available locally and is free between 6.30 pm till 8.00 am. Outside catering and special requests such as champagne or a starter hamper can be arranged for your arrival.
Tucked away on the Union Canal just off Lothian Road, the Four Sisters Boatel is custom built and permanently moored in Lochrin Basin on the Union Canal. Surrounded by Edinburgh's top restaurants and bars, we provide perfect accommodation for those interested in culture, shopping or nightlife. Edinburgh City Centre is on your doorstep and it is only a five minute walk to Princes Street.
