The National Portrait Gallery in Queen Street and the Nelson Monument on Calton Hill are just two places of historical interest that are also within easy walking distance. Two of our double bedrooms have en suite facilities and 'zip/link' beds, which means both have the flexibility of being used as a twin room with 2 single beds or as a double room with 1 super king size bed. The third double bedroom is very bright and spacious with a king size bed and large 'walk in' wardrobe. All bedrooms have hairdryer, TV (digital channels) and DVD player. The main bathroom is spacious and tiled throughout. There is a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC. There is also a heated Towel Rail and good quality towels. Guest toiletries are supplied for your arrival.

The Drawing Room is very large (27 feet long and 18 feet wide) with three Georgian windows, one of which is a large bay window. There is a large Georgian Fireplace with an electric 'stove style' fire. The room still retains all its original cornice work. It is very comfortably furnished with a four seater sofa, a three seater sofa, which converts into a double bed and a large single armchair. The room also has a large flat screen TV with cable channels and DVD player. Internet access and a CD player.
Large, airy vestibule elegantly furnished with a large table containing guest information and ample space for hanging jackets and coats. Gas central heating throughout the apartment and a constant supply of hot water.
The apartment benefits from a large and well equipped kitchen with an equally large separate dining area. Large fridge/ freezer with ice making facility and drinks dispenser. Range style cooker, toaster, kettle dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, juicer. The dining area is separated from the kitchen by the 'island unit'. It is equally large and has a dining table that can easily sit 8 people (10-12 when extended). There is also a television which can be viewed from all areas of the room and a CD player.
