The Dunedin Guest House has seven bedrooms, all with private facilities, and can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests comfortably.Each guestroom is individually decorated to a high standard. Toiletries, radio alarm clocks, colour television, hairdryers, tea and coffee-making facilities, big fluffy towels, washcloths, individual temperature control and other comforts are at each guest's disposal.

A welcoming fire in the grate greets you as you arrive in
the spacious and well-appointed breakfast room each morning.
Our a la carte breakfast menu, included in the room tariff,
is extensive and includes many Scottish delicacies such
as porridge, haggis and potato scones, as well as a traditional
breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and
toast, all cooked fresh to order. We also offer options
to satisfy those with a vegetarian diet. Given advance notice
we are happy to cater to other special diets.
