Sleeps up to 6 persons in three luxury bedrooms: one king size double with ensuite shower room, one twin room and one twin/double with zip-link beds, en suite shower room and access to a sunroom/ breakfast room. The magnificent sitting room is full of period charm and allows you to enjoy meals round the dining table. The room is equipped with a TV, DVD, coal effect fire and broadband internet connection.

The well equipped kitchen has top of the range appliances, including: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezers, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. There is a family bathroom which has a bath and shower. The apartment also has a lovely outside seating area complete with garden furniture.

Linen and towels will be provided. Electricity and heating are included.
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups. We
reserve the right to vet any group booking.

Guests can easily explore the city on foot, from the medieval old town with its many historic buildings, to the stylish New Town with its range of shops and restaurants.
