Located only a 15 minute walk from the City Centre, we are on the main bus routes which provide access to both the bars and restaurants of the Leith waterfront and the major attractions in the centre of Edinburgh. Our aim is to make sure you relax in the warm, friendly atmosphere we've created in our lovely Victorian Villa.

Craigmoss has 5 bedrooms, all with an en suite or private bathroom. We have a choice of single/double/twin and each room has TV, radio alarm clock, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. They all have large comfortable beds with good contemporary lighting and central heating is provided with individual temperature controls.Tea and coffee making facilities are replenished daily. DVDs are in every room and we have a selection of free DVDs available for free use (ideal for children).

Breakfast is served in our relaxed and sunny dining room. Try our full Scottish breakfast and don't miss out on Harry's world renowned porridge! Or ask for a wee taste of haggis (meat or vegetarian.) Top favourite is the 'Craigmoss Special'- smoked bacon, potato waffles and maple syrup- a real sightseeing power-pack. Or if you prefer to relax - take advantage of our Continental room service. We will endeavour to meet any special dietary needs.
