Centrally located just off Leith Walk, our family run guest house has a warm and friendly atmosphere. The Edinburgh Playhouse, the St James Centre and Princes Street are all nearby, whilst we are only a 5 minute taxi ride from Waverley train station and 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport. Decorated to a high standard, all of our rooms maintain a period elegance with gas central heating throughout. We have single rooms, twin rooms, en suite double rooms and en suite family rooms. Each room is equipped with TV, radio alarm and tea & coffee making facilities. A full Scottish breakfast is included and special dietary requirements are catered for.

Our guest house is only a 5 minute taxi journey from Waverley train station in the very centre of Edinburgh. We are within easy walking distance of the city centre which boasts a wide range of restaurants, pubs and nightlife. Tourist attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, H.M.S. Britannia and Princes Street are all easily accessible by public transport.
