Located in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre, between Charlotte Square and Princes Street, this second floor apartment provides a high standard of contemporary accommodation. Providing a central location with lovely views over the gardens of Charlotte Square, as well as state of the art interior design, Charlotte Apartment is an excellent choice for both business and pleasure. Sleeps 4 persons
with two double bedrooms, both equipped with TV. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room with heated floor and double shower cubicle. The elegant family bathroom has heated floors and beautiful floor to ceiling tiling. The spacious sitting/dining room has four large west facing windows with views over Charlotte Square. There is a dining table and sofa suite to seat four and a 52" plasma TV with surround sound. Next door the modern fully fitted kitchen includes integrated Neff and Bosch appliances.

The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ironing facilites, washing machine, hair dryer, DVD player, radio, CD player, TV and wireless internet. There are bath towels, bedding and linen provided. Cot/ travel cot and high chair available.
There is a double covered and enclosed garage with electric roller shutter charged at £12 per night. The apartment is fitted with a video entrance phone. Strictly non smoking. Sorry no pets.
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups. We reserve the right to vet any group booking.
The shops of Princes Street are just around the corner whilst the offices of Charlotte and St Andrews Square are just a short walk away. The bistros and bars of George Street and the West end are easily accessible with department stores, the cinema, theatres and exclusive nightclubs all nearby. Furthermore, cosmopolitan Stockbridge, with its lively mix of shops, restaurants and bars is within easy walking distance.
