Fresh and bright, south-facing accommodation situated on the 1st floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement. This is a small, pleasantly furnished central flat ideal for 2 persons but can accommodate up to 4.
Despite its central location in the popular and vibrant Newington / university area of town, the apartment is quiet as it is rear-facing and overlooks the enclosed green and leafy communal garden which is shared with the surrounding properties. Prices from: £280 per week (minimum 3 night stay).
The apartment consists of a living room with dining table and sofabed, a bedroom with king-size double bed, a separate study, a kitchenette (gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, washing machine) and a compact showerroom. The flat is clean, warm (central heating with radiators in every room) and comfortable, with wood-flooring and carpets. A TV, DVD player, CD player and radio are provided.

The flat is situated in a small sidestreet off Nicolson Street in the heart of Edinburgh's Newington area, 1 minute from the main university campus at George Square and 10- 15 minutes walk from Princes Street and
Waverley train station. Nicolson Street is well served by buses going towards the city centre as well as heading south out of town towards the university's faculty of science at King's Buildings, the new Infirmary at Little France and the city bypass which circles Edinburgh and gives access to all directions.
