Situated in the heart of the city, our holiday accommodation in Edinburgh is positoned right next to the main shopping thoroughfare, Princes Street. This makes it ideally placed to take advantage of the many attractions Edinburgh has to offer. We are less than a 10 minute walk from Waverley station, St Andrews Square bus station and the International Conference Centre. The airport is 20 minutes drive away at the west of the city. Please note: we are on the 1st, 3rd and 4th floors of a townhouse with no lift. Prices from: £40 - £80 per person/night
All our rooms have private en suite facilities. We have family rooms available. Each room has TV with a hospitality tray containing tea, a selection of herbal teas, coffees and Scottish shortbread. Each bedroom also has hairdriers and radio clock alarms with a selection of toiletries provided. We offer a hearty breakfast – full Scottish breakfast with vegetarian, low fat and continental options available.

Castle View is within a spacious Georgian penthouse on the 3rd and 4th floors of an Edinburgh townhouse. This is the house where the author of "The Wind in the Willows", Kenneth Grahame, was born. We provide a peaceful haven above the bustle of the city with lovely views from the front of the guest house to Edinburgh Castle on the right, and to the Firth of Forth to the left.
We always give our guests the same standard of service, amenities and hearty breakfast that we would like ourselves, whether you are here on holiday or on a business trip.
