Located in the centre of Edinburgh, this main door apartment has a private garden and lovely views of Edinburgh Castle. Perfect for families or corporate clients, the property has two bedrooms with an extra garden room and two bathrooms. Sleeps 4 - 6 persons. The master bedroom has a zip-and-link bed which be a superking double or two singles. There is a bathroom adjoining with a bath, stand-alone shower, underfloor heating and anti fog mirrors. The second bedroom also has a zip-and-link bed and both bedrooms benefit from views over the garden. There is also a 2nd bathroom with stand-alone shower. We offer a double bed in the garden room for additional guests. (This garden room can be subject to a slight rumble from trains, so it is not suitable for light sleepers.)

After passing through the entrance vestibule, the dining area has a dining table to seat 6 and the spacious sitting room has period features and great views of the Castle. The fully fitted kitchen has a table to seat four and all-modern conveniences.
Down the curved staircase you will find the garden room complete with French doors to the lovely spacious garden. The garden has two large areas of decking, garden furniture and a BBQ.
Metred parking bays available on Castle Terrace. (Free between 18.30 and 08.00). There is also an NCP carpark across the road.
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups. We
reserve the right to vet any group bookings.
Apartment facilities include: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. Bath towels, bedding and linen are provided. Cot/ travel cot and high chair available. Hair dryer and ironing facilities. The lounge has a DVD player, CD Player, TV and internet access. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. Prices from: £650 per week
