Located in an attractive area one mile south of Edinburgh City Centre, our elegant Victorian house is situated close to an excellent bus service, with a 10 minute journey taking you into the centre with all its attractions. Prices: £30 per person per night
We have one double room, one twin room and two family suites available. Each room has TV with tea/coffee making facilities. En suite rooms available. Central heating throughout the property. DVD player and ironing facilities available. Breakfast is included with vegetarian meals available. Wi-fi in all bedrooms.

Those arriving from here, or by train at Edinburgh Waverley railway station, should make your way to North Bridge and take the LRT bus (numbers 14, 21 or 33) from North Bridge going south to Dalkeith Road.
