Situated in one of Edinburgh's finest Georgian Terraces this lovely ground floor flat is a 10 minute walk to Princes Street and the City Centre in one direction, and Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile in the other. The apartment is very well furnished and both double bedrooms are equipped with en suite bath/shower rooms. The large double windowed sitting room has magnificent views of Leith, the Firth and Fife beyond. Prices from: £100 per night/ £600 per week (£30 supplement for single night bookings)
Sleeps 4 - 6 persons. Both bedrooms are to the rear of the property and are very quiet and sunny. There are wooden shutters to all the windows. The master bedroom has a four poster bed, chandelier and en suite bath/shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds which may be zipped together to make a king-size bed if preferred. This bedroom also has an ensuite bath/shower room.

The sitting room has 2 settees, one of which is a bed settee allowing the apartment to sleep a further 2 guests. This room is equipped with a large LCD TV, DVD player, stereo and selection of films, CDs, games, books and toys. The kitchen has a dishwasher, double oven, gas hob and microwave and there is a separate laundry room with clothes washer and dryer. There is also a travel cot and highchair if required.
All bed linen and towels are provided. Cooking basics such as salt, pepper, oil etc and ground coffee, sugar and tea and milk are provided. There is also free Wi-fi access.

Sainsbury's supermarket and Valvona & Crolla, the famous deli, are a short walk away, as is the Omni centre (multiplex cinema, clubs, restaurants and bars) and Broughton Street with its small independent shops, cafes and pubs. Carlton Apartment is only one mile from Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station and provides easy access to the attractions of the New Town and the Old Town.
