Situated in historic Leith, our warm and friendly guest house provides access to the fashionable and expanding Shore area. We are only a mile and a half away from Edinburgh City Centre, which can be easily reached in 10 minutes by a very regular bus service, where you will find
attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace and St Giles Cathedral. Prices: £22 - £40 per person per night
We have seven rooms each with en suite or private facilities. Every room has a remote controlled colour TV and hospitality tray. Addition facilities include cot, hairdryers and ironing board. Guests have their own keys and have access to their rooms at all times.

The house overlooks picturesque Leith Links where the first rules of golf were put to paper. Only a short walk across the Links will take you to the shore where there is a wealth of café's, bistro's, bars and restaurants. Further along and you will come to the Ocean Terminal which has an abundance of high street stores, award winning restaurants, multiplex cinema and not forgetting the world famous Royal Yacht Britannia.
