Situated on the south side of Edinburgh's popular Newington district, adjacent to the Cameron Toll Shopping Centre, our family run bed and breakfast is only a short bus journey into the city centre. Offering a friendly atmosphere for all our guests, we have 2 double en suite rooms, one double/ twin en suite room and one double room with private facilities. Each room is equipped with LCD TV with freeview offering over 50 channels, tea/ coffee making facilities, hairdryer, alarm clock and wireless broadband. Travel Cot available on request with no extra cost.

Transport time tables are provided. The New Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and the picturesque Craigmillar Castle are a only short journey away. We are within easy reach of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh University's Pollock Halls of Residence and the Royal Commonwealth Pool, which also has a health club on the premises.
