Situated on the south side of Edinburgh's popular Newington district, adjacent to the Cameron Toll Shopping Centre, our family run bed and breakfast is only a short bus journey into the city centre. All of our rooms are freshly decorated and we guarantee our guests a good Scottish breakfast in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We have the facilities to cater for families with young children. Offering a friendly atmosphere for all our guests, we have 2 double en suite rooms, one double/ twin en suite room and one double room with private facilities. Each room is equipped with LCD TV with freeview offering over 50 channels, tea/ coffee making facilities, hairdryer, alarm clock and wireless broadband. Travel Cot available on request with no extra cost. Linen and Towels provided during your stay.

Free on street parking. Ironing facilities are available for our guests use. All our guests are welcome to connect to our wireless broadband. Situated in the hallway is a tourist information point and water cooler.

There is no need to take the car into the city centre as there is an abundance of local buses which stop only a few minutes from us, ready to take you to attractions such as Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile. Transport time tables are provided. The New Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and the picturesque Craigmillar Castle are a only short journey away. We are within easy reach of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh University's Pollock Halls of Residence and the Royal Commonwealth Pool, which also has a health club on the premises.
